The Tenther 101 course will help you on your road to liberty.

The first segment, Constitution 101, will get you understanding the basic framework of the constitution.  Even if you've read through it and have a good understanding of the Constitution already, you don't want to miss this segment! 

You'll learn how to view the constitution from the eyes and ears of one of the ratifiers:

--how to view the words from an 18th century legal perspective
--how to refute some of the most common misconceptions about the constitution
--how the "sacred cows" of both the republicans and democrats fit - or don't fit - within the founders framework.  You may be surprised to learn much of what's here!

Once you're through with the first course segment, you will be confident in knowing just what the feds are - and are not - authorized to do.

The second segment, Nullification 101, is the "ok, now what?" section of the course.  Once you're confident in knowing just what the federal limits are, and how to determine whether new federal acts are constitutional via the eyes of the founders, you'll need to know just what to do when they break those rules.

The Nullification 101 segment of this course offering is an important one for activists around the country. It will educate and activate you on Thomas Jefferson's principle that the states CAN and MUST stop DC.

In this segment you'll learn:

--how nullification was used in early American history
--to dispel the mainstream myths about nullification
